1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing and participating in the 5-Day Budget Breakthrough Challenge ("the Challenge"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not purchase or participate in the Challenge.

The Challenge is offered by Finances Without Fear, owned and operated by Tina Bunn ("we," "us," "our").

2. Purchase and Payment

2.1 Price
The Challenge is offered for a one-time payment of $47 USD. All prices are subject to change without notice, but any price changes will not affect purchases already made.

2.2 Payment Processing
Payment is processed securely through [Stripe/PayPal/Your Payment Processor]. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the stated amount to your payment method.

2.3 Taxes
You are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or fees required by your local jurisdiction.

2.4 No Recurring Charges
The $47 Challenge fee is a one-time payment. However, your purchase includes one FREE month of The Debt-Free Collective membership. After your free month, you will be automatically charged $27/month unless you cancel before the end of your free trial period. See Section 5 for membership details.

3. Access and Deliver

3.1 Course Access
Upon successful payment, you will receive immediate access to the Challenge materials via email within 24 hours. Access includes:

• Five (5) video lessons

• Downloadable workbook (PDF format)

• Private Facebook Group invitation

• Private podcast feed link

• Bonus materials as described

3.2 Challenge Format
The Challenge is delivered as a self-paced online program. While the Challenge is designed to be completed over five consecutive days, you may access the materials at your own pace.

3.3 Lifetime Access
You will have lifetime access to all Challenge materials, including any updates or improvements made to the content, as long as the program remains active.

3.4 Technical Requirements
You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary technology to access the Challenge, including:

• Internet connection

• Device capable of viewing videos and PDFs

• Email address

• Facebook account (optional, for community access)

4. Intellectual Property

4.1 Ownership
All content provided in the Challenge, including but not limited to videos, workbooks, templates, graphics, audio files, and written materials, are the intellectual property of Finances Without Fear and are protected by copyright laws.

4.2 Personal Use Only
You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Challenge materials for your personal use only. You may NOT:

• Share, distribute, or resell any Challenge materials

• Upload videos or materials to public platforms (YouTube, social media, etc.)

• Use materials for commercial purposes

• Teach or coach others using our proprietary content

• Remove copyright notices or branding from any materials

4.3 Violation
Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of your access to the Challenge without refund and may result in legal action.

5. The Debt-Free Collective Membership (Bonus)

5.1 Free Trial
Your Challenge purchase includes one (1) FREE month of The Debt-Free Collective membership (a $27 value).

5.2 Automatic Billing
After your free month ends, you will be automatically charged $27/month for continued access unless you cancel before the end of your trial period.

5.3 Cancellation
You may cancel your membership at any time by emailing tina@financeswithoutfear.com or through your account dashboard. Cancellation must be completed before your next billing date to avoid being charged. No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of a billing cycle.

5.4 Membership Benefits
Membership benefits include monthly live group coaching calls, access to a content library, private community, and monthly accountability support. Benefits are subject to change.

6. Refund Policy

6.1 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you complete the Challenge and do not feel you received value, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase date.

6.2 Refund Requirements
To qualify for a refund, you must:

• Email tina@financeswithoutfear.com with "Refund Request" in the subject line

• Submit your request within 30 days of purchase

• Provide proof that you completed the Challenge (workbook completion or participation in community)

6.3 Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.

6.4 No Refund After 30 Days
Refund requests submitted after 30 days from the date of purchase will not be honored.

6.5 Membership Refunds
The Debt-Free Collective membership operates separately from the Challenge refund policy. Membership fees are non-refundable once charged.

7.1 No Guaranteed Results
While we provide proven strategies and tools, your individual results depend on many factors including your personal financial situation, commitment level, and consistent implementation of the strategies taught.

We do NOT guarantee that you will:

• Become debt-free in a specific timeframe

• Save a specific amount of money

• Achieve any particular financial outcome

9. Community Guidelines

9.1 Facebook Group Access
Access to the private Facebook Group is a privilege and may be revoked at any time for violation of community guidelines.

9.2 Expected Conduct
Participants are expected to:

• Be respectful and supportive of other members

• Refrain from spam, self-promotion, or solicitation

• Avoid sharing offensive, discriminatory, or harmful content

• Respect confidentiality of other members' financial situations

9.3 Removal
We reserve the right to remove any participant from the community at our sole discretion without refund.

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1 No Liability for Damages
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Finances Without Fear and Tina Bunn shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Your use of (or inability to use) the Challenge materials

• Technical issues, interruptions, or errors

• Any financial decisions or outcomes resulting from participation

• Loss of data or access to materials

10.2 Maximum Liability
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Challenge ($47).

11. Privacy and Data Protection

11.1 Information Collection

11.2 Email Communications

We will make reasonable efforts to notify participants of significant changes via email.

13. Termination

13.1 Our Right to Terminate
We reserve the right to terminate your access to the Challenge at any time for:

• Violation of these Terms and Conditions

• Fraudulent activity or chargebacks

• Sharing or distributing copyrighted materials

• Abusive or inappropriate behavior in the community

13.2 Effect of Termination
Upon termination, your access to all Challenge materials and the community will be immediately revoked. No refund will be provided for terminations due to Terms violations.

14. Dispute Resolution

14.1 Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

14.2 Arbitration
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your participation in the Challenge shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, conducted in Larimer County, Colorado.

14.3 No Class Actions
You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not as part of a class, consolidated, or representative action.

15. General Provisions

15.1 Entire Agreement
These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and Finances Without Fear regarding the Challenge and supersede any prior agreements.

15.2 Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full effect.

15.3 No Waiver
Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.

15.4 Assignment
You may not assign or transfer your rights under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations without restriction.
